Information Desk

Our dispatch center has been relocated to the Crawford County Sheriff's Department, therefore, the lobby will only be open during the hours posted below.  The front doors will be locked at all other times and you will need to contact 479-474-1234 to speak with an officer or dial 911 if it is an emergency.

Upon entering the lobby, the Information desk is the window straight ahead.  The information desk is staffed by our Receptionist/Clerk/CID Secretary, Sandra Carney.  This is where you need to go when requesting copies of accident and police reports or to request officer assistance during regular business hours.  Below are the hours of operation and the fees assessed for accident and police reports.

     *  When paying for reports, you must present the exact amount.  We do not make change.

  ** Not all traffic violations are required to appear in court.  Read the back of your ticket for all necessary information regarding your given court date.

Allow clerks 5-10 business days to have your ticket entered into the system before calling to find out fine costs.

Accident reports can also be purchased online at https://secure.crashdocs.org/#/. You will need to know the report number, the last name of the involved party and the exact accident date.
